For the Water Department: In most cases, the attorney handling the sale will contact the Water Department to schedule a final water reading. The seller’s and buyer’s information will be collected at that time. If an attorney is not involved or there are unique circumstances, please call the Water Department at 413-743-0179 ext. 11 to notify us of the ownership change.

For the Fire Department: Reach out to the Fire Department to schedule a Smoke/Carbon Monoxide Detection Inspection, as soon as you plan on putting your house on the market, 413-743-1929.
