Restrictions: Nonessential outdoor water use is allowed on Monday before 9 A.M. and after 5 P.M. 

Nonessential outdoor water use is defined as:

i. Watering lawns, plants, trees, and other vegetation, whether via sprinkler, irrigation system, hand-held hose or watering can.

ii. Washing vehicles at any place other than a car wash (business) except in so far necessary for operator safety or to prevent damage and/or maintain performance of agricultural or construction vehicles or equipment.

iii. Refilling swimming pools.

iv. Washing of driveways, walks, patios, sidewalks, gutters, except as necessary to apply paint, preservatives, stucco, pavement or cement.
